• High External Static Pressure
– The UAH-NS units are designed for high air flow and high external static pressure. Additionally, the horizontal mounting enables adequate air distribution to the designated space or area.
– Motor efficiency of IE3 comes as standard from the factory.
– ESP ranges from 0 (Free blow application) up to 400 Pa for longer ducts.

• Simple Design for Ease of Serviceability
UAH-NS units are using belt-driven fan motor and fan, thus offering flexibility and adaptability for upgrade if higher air flow is desired.

Standard Specification

Frame and Casing: shall be constructed of galvanized angle steel and panel is galvanized steel sheet with thickness of 1.0 mm. Inter surface shall be insulated by polyethylene with thickness of 13mm.

Drain pan: shall fully protect the area under the cooling coil and be fabricated from enamel coated galvanized steel sheet with thickness of 1.2 mm. The underside shall be insulated with polyethylene of 20 mm thickness. (Other thickness are available as option).

Cooling Coil: shall be constructed of seamless hard copper tubes with mechanically bonded aluminum fins. The fin density shall be 8-16 FPI. The maximum water pressure drop shall be between 5.2 to 19.7 ft.H2O. The coil leak test shall be executed at 227 PSIg.

Fan Motors: shall have power supply of 380V / 3 Ph / 50Hz and be totally enclosed.

Blower: shall be centrifugal type with forward curvature. Blower wheels shall be statically and dynamically balanced from the manufactory. Blower wheels and housing shall be constructed from galvanized steel.

Air filters: shall be aluminum type (MERV8 and MERV14 are available as an option).
