Product Features

Standard Specification

Frame and Casing shall be constructed of galvanized angle steel and panel is galvanized steel sheet 1.2 mm. thickness. Inter surface shall be insulated by Polyurethane 20 mm. thickness.

Drain pan fully protect under entire cooling coil and shall be fabricated from 1.6 mm. thickness enamel coated galvanized steel sheet. The under side shall be insulated with Polyethylene 25 mm. thickness (other thickness for option).

Cooling Coil shall be constructed of seamless hard copper tube with mechanically bonded aluminium fins. The fin density is 8-14 FPI. The maximum water pressure drop at 15 FT.H2O and the coil test pressure at 380 psig.

Motors shall be 380V/3PH/50Hz Powersupply and totally enclosed.

Fans shall be the centrifugal forward curve type. Fan wheels shall be statically and dynamically balanced from factory. Fan wheels and hoursing shall be constructed from galvanized.

Filter shall be net type (other type for option).

The enclosure is made from weather-proofed electro galvanized mild steel and coated with epoxy polyester powder layer for protection against severe conditions. Service panel is also available for ease of servicing.

For flexible installation and application at site.

• Fire-Resistant
Polyethylene (PE) insulation is used at every possible condensate panel to prevent all forms of water or moisture penetration. Polyethylene, which is also a type of Closed Cell Foam (CCF) insulation has the following advantages:
– Durable external surface that is resilient to tough dirt.
– Higher degree of puncture resistance when compared to fiberglass.
– Easily cleaned surface (if necessary) to further resist microbial growth.

• Changeable Drive Package*
Non-standard external static pressure and airflow requirements can be sized accordingly at site by changing the factory fitted drive package.

• Easy to Service
For models FUD20/25B, there is a service way allocated at the bottom for servicing.
